The CG Players will be performing two musical one acts this weekend, Pellets, Cherries, and Lies and Superhots! Morgan Egidy, music instructor at Council Grove Junior-Senior High School, will make her directorial debut with this show.
Pellets, Cherries, and Lies follows a legendary video game golden boy and his struggle to keep his family together while also dealing with his late night binges. With the help of his wife, Ms. Pac-Man and his son, Junior, can Pac-Man free himself from his addiction or will he succumb to Sue and her fellow ghosts?

Evie White and Myles Gant participated in the CG Players Murder Mystery Saturday evening. Members ate baked potatoes with all the trimmings, along with sweet treats. Then the murder was announced, and participants spent the next two hours trying to solve the mystery. Myles said, "It got wild. Everyone was making accusations. We thought we knew who the murderer was, and we were not correct."
