How can you develop the habits you choose? Last night, I read an article I really liked that gave manageable tips about how to form good habits. Of course, the author talked about lots of things besides reading, but one of the habits that she wanted to develop was to read more. She began by reading one page every night. 

1. Start small: Repeat a Tiny Daily Habit
2. Focus on One Habit at a Time
3. Remove Barriers: Have Everything You Need at Hand
4. Stack Habits: Build New Routines Onto Existing Ones

Tarzan of the Apes (FIC Burroughs)

I was obsessed by Tarzan in the summer of my 7th grade year. My brother had the books (yes, Tarzan is series fiction. Burroughs wrote 24 Tarzan books!) I read most of them before I ran out of steam. They definitely vary in quality, but the first one is good. Seventh Grade Me really liked it.

I just bought the book for the library, though the cover is not as cool as this. In fact, it isn't cool at all. It's green. I bought the book because a new movie is coming out sometime this year called The Legend of Tarzan.
