Google recently launched a new series of online safety tutorials called ThinkB4U. The introductory video is very cheesy, but the information is sound once you skip the intro. Aimed toward students, parents, and educators in three separate sections, interactive video explores protecting online reputations, recognizing and avoiding scams, conducting effective research and critical thinking, and responsible text messaging.
The construction and editing of this site fascinates me more than the information itself. The design is very slick and takes the web page to a new level: visually stunning and simple to navigate. The design assumes the audience has an extremely short attention span.
